Introduction DOL plant is a fully automated DCS controlled production facility for all product variants of (H2O2). It has installed capacity of 30,000 MTY on basis of 50% concentration output. The complex mainly consists of ( a) Hydrogen Plant and (b) (H2O2) Plant and allied utilities which include 132 KVA Grid supported by stand by generation system. Process technology, know how, license and commissioning supervision is provided by Chematur Engineering, Sweden which is one of the leading technology and plant supplier in (H2O2) business world wide. Chematur Engineering is providing (H2O2) technology based on latest fluidized bed technology and higher working solution pick up rates which lead to lower production costs and consistent quality production meeting the higher end quality needs of our customers. Services for engineering, construction, fabrication, erection, installation and project management of this project is being provided by Descon Engineering Limited, which has more than 30 years of experience in providing similar services to a number of industries like fertilizer, oil and gas and other chemical/ petrochemical plants not only in Pakistan but around the globe as well.
